This interactive anatomy website has excellent schematics of the structures of phonation. The dissections are most interesting and unique, in that you can see the various levels of dissection. The laryngoscopy section is rather limited, and the clinical applications section is weak. Still, views and explanations of the anatomy are excellent. Highly recommended for self study.
