Bio: Arden Hopkin holds the Doctor of Musical Arts degree and the Performer's Certificate in Opera from the Eastman School of Music. In addition, he is trained as an opera director, having served in that role at Texas Christian University and Brigham Young University, as well as numerous summer festivals. He specializes in the Vocal Music of Spain and Latin America, having taught and performed in Mexico, Brazil, Peru, and Chile. He currently serves as the vocal pedagogist at Brigham Young University, having authored and co-authored articles on vowel tuning and vibrato.
