Nichole L. Jensen

Bio: Nichole Jensen opened her home-based private studio in 2007 in Mesa, AZ. She now teaches in-person and online with students from London, Boston, Florida, New York, and Phoenix. In lessons, the main focus is achieving the goals of the individual students using up-to-date vocal science, pedagogy, and the science of learning. Nichole Jensen has been performing actively for over 25 years. She eventually graduated with her degree in secondary choral education with K-12 emphasis from Ottawa University in 2011. She taught choir, voice, and general music in the Chandler school district from 2011 to 2015. She graduated with her Master of Music Education in December 2018, where she focused on how to develop voices. Her students have had many successes over the years, including releasing singles on all listening platforms as singer/songwriters, appearing on national tours, performing on the New York stages, appearing in Netflix shows, and performing at such locations as Phoenix Theater, Arizona Theater Company, Hale Center Theaters, and many of their local theaters and schools from elementary to graduate school. Nichole's students have been awarded music and acting scholarships at schools like Wheaton, Wyoming, ASU, U of A, GCU, OCU, Baylor, Shenandoah, Emerson, NYU, Berklee, Boston University, and more. She has also had students in many audition choirs, including Sweet Adeline's Scottsdale Choir, Phoenix Children's Choir, multiple regional choirs, and an all-state choir. Nichole has had students receive awards in all levels and styles of the NATS auditions from Chapter and District, Regional, and National Finals in the National Student Auditions.
