Bio:

I help people of all ages develop a healthy -- and playful -- relationship with their singing and speaking voice. I specialize in beginning/intermediate students and enjoy working with people who have been told they "couldn't carry a tune in a bucket."

I offer private, paired and group lessons that include ear training and music theory when that would be interesting or helpful. I earned Level 3 Orff-Schulwerk Certification at the San Francisco Levels Training directed by Doug Goodkin. I use a combination of singing, moving and instrument playing (piano, drums, pitched percussion) in my teaching. My teaching philosphy: if it's not play, it's not working.
