Bio:
As a tenor, I've enjoyed singing the title role in Andrea Chenier; the tenor roles in Beethoven’s Mass in C, Handel’s Messiah, and Mendelssohn’s Elijah; Gastone in La Traviata; the role of Nanki Poo in The Mikado as well as numerous concerts, weddings, and shows. I hold both bachelors and masters degrees in vocal performance, teach voice at Anderson University, Clemson University, and privately in Greenville, South Carolina, and direct the Republic of Song, an initiative to foster collaboration among musicians. In the past, I have taught voice, piano, and wind instruments in private and public schools and out of my home studio. In 2004, I founded the BACH homeschool group, which provided music education to homeschooled students in the Upstate of South Carolina.
I am originally from Southern California and have three beautiful children. My interests are varied and include traveling, outdoor adventure, cooking, photography, writing, and event organization.
I am currently accepting students in Greenville, South Carolina and am available to sing for weddings or other special occasions.
