Bio:

Lara Alami is a professional singer and voice teacher, currently completing a Master’s degree in Vocal Pedagogy at Oakland University, where she works with undergraduate voice students as a Graduate Assistant Voice Teacher. With a focus on healthy vocal technique, musicality, and performance skills, Lara tailors lessons to meet the unique needs of each student, helping them grow as confident and expressive performers.

Drawing from experience in classical and musical theatre styles, she prepares students for auditions, competitions, and personal goals. Lara also runs a private studio. She is passionate about nurturing talent and fosters a supportive environment to inspire lifelong learning and artistic growth.

Lara is an active performer, singing and recording regularly with ensembles True Concord Voices and Orchestra, Conspirare, Alium Spiritum, Vocal Arts Ensemble Cincinnati, and Audivi.
