Private Vocal Instructor for ages 14 - Adult. Past experience: Assistant Professor and Director of Music Theatre/Opera Workshop at John Brown University (10 years and Adjunct Professor at University of Arkansas (3 years). Credentials: MM (Vocal Performance) from University of Arkansas, and BMusEd (voice) from JBU. Over 25 years of bel canto vocal performance training with vocal technicians and coaches from Chicago (Lyric Opera and Northwestern University); New York (Maestro Martin Rich, conductor of Metropolitan Opera); Austria (American Institute of Musical Studies). Performing experience includes lead roles in opera, music theatre, solo concerts and drama. Teaching experience: Private Voice Studio, Applied Voice, Class Voice, Lyric Diction, Vocal Pedagogy, Vocal Literature, Drama and Artistic Director/Conductor/Producer for numerous productions at the college level.
