In May 2024, he graduated from Shenandoah University, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Performing Arts Leadership and Management. As the founding and artistic director of The Augusta Broadway Singer, a 50+ voice choral ensemble, Les has played a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant musical community in Augusta. His extensive experience in leading and managing nonprofit arts organizations over the past decade has further solidified his reputation as a dedicated advocate for the arts.

Les's retirement from a 43-year career in hotel management marked a new chapter in his life, enabling him to dedicate more time and energy to his true passion: music and the arts.
