With a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance, his dedication to singing and performance is evident. Les is a musician and a dedicated music director with an extensive career in the field.

A true connoisseur of music, Les's heart beats for musical theater, the golden age of music, and choral compositions. His love for the arts transcends the boundaries of age and genre, making him a versatile and open-minded artist.

Les's family life is as harmonious as his music. He and his wife, Kitty, have celebrated 40+ years of marriage, a testament to their enduring love. Their children, Katie and Patrick, both musical artists, add joy and warmth to their family life.

Les's journey through the arts world doesn't end with his bachelor’s degree. In May 2024, he graduated from Shenandoah University, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Performing Arts Leadership and Management. This academic pursuit reflects his commitment to continuous growth and leadership in the arts.

As the founding and artistic director of The Augusta Broadway Singer, a 50+ voice choral ensemble, Les has played a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant musical community in Augusta. His extensive experience in leading and managing nonprofit arts organizations over the past decade has further solidified his reputation as a dedicated advocate for the arts.

Les's retirement from a 43-year career in hotel management marked a new chapter in his life, enabling him to dedicate more time and energy to his true passion: music and the arts. Les Reagan is a musician, educator, and arts advocate whose life is a testament to the enduring power of music and the arts.
