Bio:
Beth Falcone is a Singing Technique Teacher and Performance Coach based in New York City, with students who have graced Broadway, Off-Broadway, national tours, and regional theater stages. She is currently on faculty at the New York Film Academy and has taught at respected institutions including the National Theatre Institute, Cedar Crest College, and Northwestern University’s Musical Theater Certificate Program.
Beth regularly conducts for Off-Broadway productions (including the York Theatre) and has served as a musical director for the York Theatre, the O’Neill Summer Cabaret Conference, and numerous workshops and readings of new musicals throughout New York City. As a keyboardist, she has performed in Broadway productions such as Les Misérables, Fame Becomes Me, and The Lion King, and played Hammond B-3 with the Bob Malone Band.
A creator of innovative virtual spaces, Beth founded PAVA Village (virtuallyPAVA.org), the online home of the PAVA Symposium, and Holidayopolis (HappyHolidayopolis.com), a festive virtual gathering place.
She is an active member of The Voice Foundation, PAVA (Pan-American Vocology Association), the VoiceCare Network, NYSTA, NATS, and is President of the nonprofit Human Compatible Learning Center. Her pedagogical influences include esteemed mentors such as Oren Brown (Juilliard), Leon Thurman (Human Compatible Learning Center), Ken Bozeman (Lawrence University), Chadley Ballantyne, Jennie Morton, and Babette Lightner (Wholeness in Motion).
In addition to her work as an educator and performer, Beth is an award-winning composer and lyricist, honored with the prestigious Kleban Prize for Most Promising Lyricist in American Musical Theater.
