Bio: Dr. Megan Besley is an experienced educator and performer. She has taught a variety of courses at the college level including applied voice lessons, diction and literature studies and the college choir. Privately she teaches lessons in voice (12+). She holds degrees advanced degrees (DMA and MM) in voice performance and a BM in music education. She teaches a variety of genres, including: opera, musical theatre, jazz, and pop. Her students appreciate her expertise, her positive and supportive demeanor, and her passion for music. Dr. Besley has over 20 years of teaching experience. She has a strong background as a professional singer, and stays informed about trends in teaching and music performance.
