Holds a Bachelor of Music Education, Suma Cum Laude, from Oklahoma City University with performance level in both Voice and Piano. 3 semesters toward Masters in Vocal Performance from Oklahoma University. Currently, Private Voice Teacher for Frisco ISD Secondary Students and Allen ISD. Owner and Instructor Debbie Downey Voice and Piano Studio since 2009.

Was Choir Director of Stonebridge UMC, McKinney for 4 1/2 years. Many Years experience as a church accompanist and organist. I have performance experience in choirs, musical theatre and opera productions in Oklahoma, England and Scotland.
