Bio: Dr. Kandie Smith holds degrees in Vocal Performance and Opera Performance from Stetson University, University of British Columbia and the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati. She has sung professionally and extensively throughout the Eastern United States and Germany, primarily in oratorio, operetta and lyric musical theater roles. She has taught voice and related courses at the University of North Florida, Stetson University, and Brewton-Parker College and currently teaches musical theater at the Florida School of the Arts. In addition to singing and teaching duties, Dr. Smith is also a licensed and certified Life Coach. She regularly presents empowering workshops designed to revitalize the individual through conscious emotional self-regulation techniques.
