Bio: Robert Marks, vocal coach, teacher, arranger, accompanist, lecturer and director, holds a degree in speech pathology, and has taught at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, the Professional Development Program for the New York Singing Teachers’ Association, and at Nashville's Belmont University as a special guest artist for their summer program. He's also conducted workshops across the U.S., and in England and France. For more than 30 years, he has maintained a busy private studio in New York City working with performers of all ages. His clientele ranges from beginners to Broadway cast members, as well as singers of cabaret and pop music. He is an expert in helping performers present themselves to their best advantage in auditions and onstage. Marks is regarded by many as “the best of the best.” He is known for having an encyclopedic knowledge of theatrical songs, and is legendary in his ability to draw out each performer’s unique talents. He is the author of "Bob Marks’ 88 Keys to Successful Singing Performances" with co-author Dr. Elizabeth Gerbi.
