Texoma NATS Regional Conference 2025

Host: Baylor University, Waco, TX

Note: Fall Auditions are for Classical Divisions: High School (3-4), Lower College (5-6), Upper College (7-8), Advanced (9-10), and Adult (11-14).

Fall Auditions Information Packet will be published on the TexomaNATS.org website on August 15, 2025

Fall Conference Informational Meeting:

• Thursday, September 11, 7:00 PM CST
• Informational Meeting via Zoom (link will be mailed to members Monday, September 8)

Fall Registration Schedule:

• Monday, September 15. Registration Opens via AuditionWare (Nats.org > Member Home > AuditionWare (NATS National Student Auditions)
• Friday, October 15, 4:00 PM CST.
  All registration materials including complete student repertoire information must be uploaded in AuditionWare. Registration must be finalized with the payment of audition fees, registration fees, along with the purchase of concert tickets, opera tickets,
  and meal vouchers.

Registration Fees:

• $60 - Conference registration for NATS Members
• $25 - Student Audition Entry Fee
• $25 - Hall Johnson Entry Fee
• $20 - Registration for NATS Members entering high school students ONLY.
• $50 - Registration for NATS Members attending the conference WITHOUT students.
