At CHSMA, we believe the tone you bring to a room matters. We are looking for kind, supportive, and uplifting individuals who create a positive experience for students and families alike. Our school community thrives on mutual respect, encouragement, and the joy of making music together—and we’re excited to welcome faculty who share those values.
What We’re Looking For:
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Vocal Performance, Vocal Pedagogy, or Music Education
-Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in one-on-one private instruction
-Strong vocal technique and musicianship across a range of styles
-Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
-A commitment to student growth, consistency, and artistic development
Additional Information
All of our teachers are engaged as independent contractors, which allows for greater flexibility and autonomy in how you teach and manage your schedule. While we do not offer traditional benefits, we take great pride in fostering a supportive, inspiring, and artistically rich environment where teachers are respected, valued, and empowered to thrive. Here’s what we provide:
What We Offer:
-A steady roster of motivated and engaged students
-Strong administrative support for scheduling, payments, and communication
-A welcoming, professional, and collaborative teaching culture
